Privacy Policy

Effective July 31, 2026

The short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no forms. Visiting it collects nothing about you. We only ever hold information you deliberately hand us, by booking a call, emailing us, or hiring us. We have never sold anyone's information and never will.

Who we are

Lighthouse Podcasts is a brand of Headwater Community LLC, a Delaware limited liability company operating from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean that company.

Visiting this website

We collect nothing. There are no cookies, no tracking pixels, no analytics scripts, and no contact forms on this site. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs that may include IP addresses for security and reliability, which is ordinary infrastructure operation and not something we review or use to identify you.

When you book a call

Our booking page runs on Google Calendar appointment scheduling. When you book, you give Google your name, your email address, and your answers to the booking questions, and that information comes to us in our Google Workspace account. Google processes it under its own privacy policy. We use it to prepare for and hold our conversation with you.

When you email us

We keep your message and your email address, the same way any business keeps its correspondence, so we can reply and remember the conversation.

When you pay us

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details directly and handles them under its own privacy policy. We never see, receive, or store your card number. We see only the record of the payment: the amount, the date, and your name and email.

When you become a client

During a project you may give us access to your accounts, files, recordings, and other materials so we can build and run your show. We use that access only to do the work you hired us for. Your accounts stay in your name, and you can remove our access at any time. Our client agreement covers this in more detail.

What we never do

Who else touches your information

Only the services we use to run the business: Google Workspace for email and scheduling, Stripe for payments, and Vercel for hosting this site. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy, and we share only what those services need to function.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence and booking records for as long as we have a working relationship, and afterward for as long as we reasonably need them for tax and business records. For clients, raw recordings and project files are held for 90 days after a project ends and may then be deleted, which our client agreement also states.

Your choices

Email us at eric@lighthousepodcasts.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form to fill out and no process to navigate. We will respond within a few business days.

Children

Our services are for businesses and professionals. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
