Terms of Service
Effective July 31, 2026
The short version: this website is here to explain what we do. It isn't a contract. If you hire us, the work is governed by a separate written agreement that we send you before anything starts, and that agreement is what actually controls the relationship.
Who we are
Lighthouse Podcasts is a brand of Headwater Community LLC, a Delaware limited liability company operating from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. "We" and "us" mean that company. "You" means whoever is reading this site.
This site is informational
Everything on this website describes our services in general terms. Nothing here is a binding offer, a quote, or a guarantee of availability. Scope, price, dates, and every other commitment are set in the written client agreement we send you, and that document governs if it ever conflicts with something on this site.
Booking a call
Booking a conversation with us costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Either of us can reschedule or cancel it.
Using this site
Read it, share it, print it, send it to a friend. Please don't try to break it, scrape it at volume, or use it to do anything unlawful.
What belongs to us
The Lighthouse Podcasts name, the lighthouse mark, and the text and design of this site are ours. Our clients' shows, artwork, and content belong to those clients, not to us, and where we show client work we do it with permission.
Links to other services
This site links to Google for scheduling and to Stripe for payments. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for how they operate.
What we don't promise
We don't promise downloads, chart positions, sponsorships, audience growth, or business results, on this site or anywhere else. What we promise our clients is in their agreement: the build, the episodes, and the system, delivered on the dates we agreed.
This website itself is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it's error-free or never offline.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. For client work, the limits in the client agreement apply instead, and there the most either of us can recover from the other is what was paid for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this address with its effective date at the top.
